There are several Persian restaurants in Madrid, bu this is the best, both in terms of the quality of the food and of the relationship between the price and the quality. Most people tend to go for the kebabs, and these are, indeed, excellent. Many...of the reviewers on here praise the koubideh, and my wide and daughter love the jujeh (chicken) kebab. I urge to to experiment with the various types of rice accompaniments on offer. My wife and daughter love the rice with barberries. Personally, I tend to go for one of the khoresht or stew options. The khoreshte bademjan (made with aubergines) and the ghormeh sabzi (herbs and greens with lamb) are both wonderful. For starters, we usually order stuffed vine leaves, roast aubergine dip and yogurt and cucumber dip.
