Hemos comido en las Jornadas gastronómicas de noviembre de y en general no nos ha gustado el menú, y solo el cochinillo lo daria como aceptable. Los demás platos muy normales y sin nada que destacar; La atención del personal de servicio muy buena y presentación de los platos también de buen nivel. El precio euros por comensal más bebidas que lo acercan a En resumen, opino que un restaurante clásico y tan conocido debe ofrecer un menú muchísimo mejor o de lo contrario seguir con sus menús y carta que tanto nombre y éxito le han dado en su historia. Con lo he comido hoy no lo puedo recomendar

Buena opción para un menú del día entre semana con un precio correcto de cantidades ajustadas y buen trato, es bastante casero y fino

Tuve un menú del dia para el almuerzo. una ensalada de Málaga con naranja y atún, luego un cerdo frito con zanahorias y salsa de queso azul y finalmente un postre típico español. Todo sabía bien. Tenía caldo, agua brillante, manzanilla de cristal y. espresso la cuenta terminó un muy buen precio de eur.

este restaurante ofrece un fantástico menú del dia, que siempre había arreglado una gran selección. por sólo diez euros reciben un menú de tres platos y una bebida. ¡No puedes equivocarte!

fantastic value for money! a great restaurant in the michelin guide, if you can not afford dinner, come and try an amazing menu del dia. the cream of the pumpkin soup, grilled dorada, but had no place for a dessert. the only problem for...I'm the welcome and waiting time, but everyone was treated the same way!

I enjoyed every bit of our experience in this restaurant. they did their best to translate the menu for us and gave us suggestions. eating was amazing. jaen has not found out as a city I would go back to, but this restaurant has sure.

We stumbled into this restaurant in a small pedestrian street, having inhaled glorious aromas and observed a table evidently enjoying lunch. As a group of four foreign tourists we were welcomed into what was clearly a beloved local restaurant. Hospitality and service by Alejandro and...Anna was wonderful and made our visits memorable. We were only in Jaen for one day and found the dining experience so wonderful we returned for the evening service, which confirmed our estimation. We would recommend going to Jaen just to eat at this gastronomic delight. Generous little dishes olives with a hint of chilli, smoked almonds, delicious daubs of paella) appeared on our table to tantalize our palate ahead of main course delicacies such as roasted kid. The most delicious homemade almond ice-cream completed lunch and dinner!

Mesón Río Chico is a place where you know everything will be of the highest quality at a reasonable price. We went to this place again and discovered that they have changed the decor (new floor tiles, new decor, etc and the menu. The place...looks very nice now, even though it seems there are still some missing elements on the walls (too white I specially liked the floor tiles. As for the food, it is wonderful. Same quality, same taste, but different options. We were offered new dishes which were just delicious. Very tasty and somehow innovative food, very well cooked and served... with the exquisite service they have. No wonder, this is the place to go once and again. It is impossible to get bored of their wonderful food... specially now, when they have changed dishes and every single new option is excellent.
