we visited here on Monday for my husbands birthday. nice clean restaurant with friendly staff. starter foie and octopus) and mains (sole and monkfish) were both excellent. they brought us a cheesecake with a candle! the chef came out to talk to us. would definitely recommend for a special evening. Thank you.

Apparently they are either very stupid or they are thieves. No matter how hard the chulton is served, they charge us a kilo. it smells like a was. avoid it!

a beautiful restaurant with a good cooker and team, in a city that is very well equipped with fine restaurants. most of them are concentrated in the old town, this is located in a next street about half a kilometre away and attracts a well-dressed, upscale clientele....Fairly formal interior. there is an excellent a la carte menu and a very good wine list, Spanish, especially from the surrounding regions (e.g. rioja). they can have meat here, although most people come for the fish, of which there is a great choice. I had a beautiful and rich fish soup followed by baskenhecht. nice eating and incredibly fresh. my dinner was about euro, but this included a good bottle of wine, mineral water and a coffee (no dessert). highly recommended.

the chef knows how to treat fish. we started with the fish soup that was thick and tasty (and too much for us but moorish it was to finish). my wife had some of the best grilled tinted fish she ever tasted, tender, creamy and. the grilled it with hauch of sweet caramelization. my hake was silky smooth fleshy, but the natural gelatine in the fish was simply enough to make it a wonderful mouth feeling. super boiled. the restaurant is very well furnished. only two waiters, a friendly English speaking man and a diligent lady. they just finished with the covers of the evening. an extensive selection of red wines, but a curiously limited selection of white wines for a restaurant famous for its seafood. with a decent bottle of wine the evening costs the couple of us

Quality seafood, wide choice and very tasteful. But the interior is almost sterile ; too hard white light. Background music was good in the probably but sounds almost depressing today. (The hotel lobby sax solo you know. Service is correct, nothing more. Never have...been asked if all was OK e.g. Portions are not too big. Good choice of wines. A bit overrated in general in my opinion.

This restaurant was a recommendation of our hotel´s concierge. It was difficult to reach because the street in front or it was completely torn up, as were many other surrounding areas. It was o´clock and the place was almost full. The restaurant was fancy...decorated and the customers so distinguished that my husband and I felt underdressed in our jeans and sneakers, but were welcomed anyway. After ordering, a couple of complimentary mis-en-bouche were brought to our table. As starters, we had a fish soup that was served from a bowl to our plate, and artichokes with Iberico ham; then we had a sole fish and lobster and left no space for dessert. The fish was first presented and then deboned and skinnned.
