visited with my family after a morning in the beach. the staff was helpful and we had some toasties calamari and croquettes. eating was really fresh and tasty and service fast and really friendly. I asked for a wee recommendation and the ref was...a great criticism and very good price. great lunch.
eating and serving beer is simple and good, the menu is not the biggest, but the prices are correct for the quality. there is a simple selection of designs or bottle and a few weep what more they need.
we dived here for diner on Thursday night and although it was really busy, we got a table for 2. the waiter was very helpful and made sure that we knew what we ordered and not got too much. that was really good, especially the meatballs. very good value and good wee too.
we really liked this little place. it was just about the corner of our hotel so went to breakfast most days. the tortillas are very good, like the jam and the tomatoes on toast. very reasonable prices. tortilla, coffee and orange juice for two. at 13 €. we also have a day for lunch and drink an evening. the personal was always friendly and attentive.
Had a selection of pinxos and tapas. Every dish was delicious. We were a group of 12, not easy to keep everyone happy but we all enjoyed the food. Staff were so friendly and helpful.
We went on a Monday night without a reservation and were seated immediately inside at a very small bistro table. In addition to a menu in English our waiter spoke very good English. We started with Potatoes Bravos. Expecting something similar to what we have...eaten in Southern Spain, this dish was more chunks of fried potatoes served with side bowls of mayonnaise and ketchup, the latter without any spices added. For our main course, my wife selected a mini pizza from the Pintxos bar. It was quickly reheated and she liked the overall taste. I had the ‘House Hamburger’ that came with cheese, bacon and a fried egg. I requested that the egg be held and while the overall taste of the burger was good, it was prepared well done and very dry. Overall, service was fine throughout our meal and while we enjoyed ourselves, we would not return because there are too many other restaurants to try.
Great place with great host at bar. Try their salad and bar seafood tapas. Fantastic Basque Country Red and sparking white.
We found Kok as it was just a hop from our residence. Breakfast was great value, we had one every day. Pleasant place to eat at anytime of the day.
