usually 10 out of 10 points! but this time the dame in the service was not on the expected standard. we had ordered the lunch tasting menu together with the wine pairing and in the last cure with the meat, the service forgot to pour the red wine that merges with the meat. that would not have been a problem if the responsible had just told us that they had forgotten and made a little mistake. but instead of recognizing the small mistakes, a series of unobjectioned remarks began: that they wanted to serve us the last red or white wine of pairing with the desert, which seemed really strange, especially because we have already been at this place several times before and we know that they always offer with dessert to order outside the wine pairing dessert wine ... do we come back? the owner who is the chef is simply amazing and a mistake can always happen, but we recommend simply admit when small mistakes happen, all will understand.

this was one of the most incredible culinary experiences I ever had! and that says a lot, as it is hard to get a bad meal in catalunya. but all about this was perfect (except perhaps the directions to the restaurant and signage that really needs to be improved so that more people can find this juwel the cook is self-catching, which is quite amazing, but can be brought for the art and wise as he had to be a perfect balanced line between the experimental (an egg yolk, stuffed and warmed by an injected chewn stock) and the simply exquisitely crooked (the there was a wonderful pumpkin cream and sweet potato soup and a beautiful boiled calf that was only melting tender and rich in taste. my man and I were then shown in another room an inside terrace for dessert and drinks and/or coffee. the restaurant itself is part of a very small guest house and a room in the gasthof includes full board in the restaurant, whose experience we want to use in katalonia. everything I can say in total is go!
